Skinwalker Ranch, also called Sherman Ranch, is a building that is situated on around 512 acres of Ballard, Utah. The ranch is renowned for its bizarre accounts of UFO sightings, cow mutilations, Sasquatch sightings, and a skinwalker from a Navajo mythology about wicked witches.

Skinwalker Ranch History
The Utah Deseret News published claims about the ranch for the first time in 1996, although the first records of strange occurrences in the area date from the late 1700s. Explorers reported sighting a UFO in the night sky over their campfires while searching for the Spanish Trail.
The Uintah-Ouray Ute Reserve encircled a neighboring U.S. Army fort, Fort Duchesne, on three sides, making it a part of the reservation country. Before being approached by two science advisers for another Utah real estate tycoon, Robert Bigelow, in 2015, Fugal claims he didn’t give the ranch any more thought. Since he bought the ranch in the late 1990s and formed Bigelow Aerospace, scientific research has been supported on the property. Bigelow’s principal investigator was Kelleher.
Fugal claims that throughout the course of “another initiative that I had been associated with a decade earlier,” he had gotten to know the two science advisors.

Fugal emphasized that there were multiple witnesses and that the sighting occurred in broad daylight. He claims that following the incident, they kept having paranormal occurrences.
“That same afternoon, we experienced everything from our cellphones going from roughly 80% charge to zero to various electromagnetic abnormalities, even acute medical crises that were associated with the happenings that took place on that fateful day,” the report said.
